Tuscarora Wayne Mutual Group, Inc.

Incorporated June 30, 2009, as a mutual corporation pursuant to the provision of Chapter 21 of the Pennsylvania Business Corporation Law. Tuscarora Wayne Mutual Group, Inc. is the ultimate parent and directly holds 99.811% of the issued and outstanding capital stock of Susquehanna Capital Corp.

Susquehanna Capital Corp.

Incorporated June 30, 2009, as an intermediate stock holding company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Susquehanna Capital Corp. provides financial services to the Tuscarora Wayne Group of Companies. The Company directly holds 100% of the issued and outstanding capital stock of Tuscarora Wayne Insurance Company and Lebanon Valley Insurance Company.

     

Tuscarora Wayne Insurance Company

Incorporated September 7, 1874, as a mutual property and casualty insurance company. Tuscarora Wayne Mutual Insurance Company converted to a stock property and casualty insurance company on June 30, 2009, becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Susquehanna Capital Corp. 

     

Lebanon Valley Insurance Company

Incorporated June 18, 1856, as a mutual property and casualty insurance company. Lebanon Mutual Insurance Company converted to a stock property and casualty insurance company on January 3, 2011, becoming wholly owned subsidiary of Susquehanna Capital Corp. 

     

Keystone National Insurance Company

Incorporated August 13, 2003, as a stock property and casualty insurance company. Keystone National is owned 90.1% by Tuscarora Wayne Insurance Company and 9.9% by Keystone Insurers Group, Inc.
